Nuveg Spinach baked wraps
Nuveg Baked wraps are crispy on the outside and full of flavour on the inside! a delicious dish that anyone would enjoy! Made easy with Nuveg Spinach
Ingredients
- 4 Nuveg Spinach and broccoli portions
- 4 large wraps
- Half Red pepper, chopped
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp ground Cumin
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 200g Bacon bits
- ½ tsp garlic
- Olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Cup grated cheese.
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil for frying
Instructions
- While chicken is being cooked defrost spinach and broccoli portions in a bowl.
- Spread Spinach over wraps like spreading a pizza.
- Divide the chicken mixture between the wraps. Add olives and grated cheese on top.
- Fold the ends in and roll.
- Place wraps on baking tray.
- Mix garlic and olive oil in a cup and brush over wraps.
- Bake wraps for 8 minutes and turn around for another 8 minutes.
