Hake topped with Nuveg Cauliflower portion

This dish of hake topped with Nuveg cauliflower with cheese sauce is full of flavour and creativity. Recipe serves one, but double recipe to serve more

INGREDIENTS

  • 170g Hake fillets
  • 50g Cream Cheese
  • 50ml Milk
  • 2 x 80g Nuveg Cauliflower
  • 30g Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Defrost Hake Fillet.
  2. Pack in oven proof dish.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk milk and cream cheese well together.
  5. Pour over Hake.
  6. Snip cauliflower bags and heat on high in microwave for 2 minutes.
  7. Spread on top of Fish
  8. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Garnish with parsley.

Serve with roasted veggies or a green salad.

Baked Hake with Cauliflower And Cream Cheese

  • 2 x 80g Nu-veg Cauliflower
  • Salt to own taste
  • Coarse Black Pepper to own taste
  • 30g Cheddar Cheese
  1. Defrost Hake Fillets.
  2. Pack in oven proof dish.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wisk milk and cream cheese well together.
  5. Pour over Hake.
  6. From frozen, snip packets and microwave on high for 2min.
  7. Pack Cauliflower on top of fish.
  8. Season again, if you want.
  9. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over.
  10. Bake at 180 ℃ for 20min
  11. Serve with Chips or Baked Potato and Salad.
