Mini pumpkin fritter pizza

Tasty Nuveg pre-cooked pumpkin fritters, with your desired pizza topping, perfect as a meal, or as bite-size snacks. Kids will love them!

Ingredients

  • 12 pumpkin fitters (1 box)
  • Sliced Olives
  • Sliced Cherry tomatos
  • Sliced jalapenos
  • Cup grated cheese
  • BQ sauce (we used jimmy sauce)
  • 250g Bacon bits
  • Cooking Spray
  • Crushed Garlic
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Origanum
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Heat oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Use defrosted pumpkin fritters.
  3. Fry the bacon bits until crispy.
  4. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with spray and cook.
  5. Place fritters on foil and sprinkle cheese, olives, jalapenos, and bacon bits and BQ sauce over 6 fritters.
  6. On the other 6 fritter, sprinkle cherry tomatos, bacon bits, cheese, jalapenos and olives .You can also add Sweet chili sauce or BQ Sauce if you prefer.
  7. Sprinkle Salt and pepper an origanum over all 12 fritters.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot as a snack or a side dish.
  10. Its also delicious the next day for your lunch boxes.
