Spinach and chicken and mayo quiche



  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
  2. Defrost the Nuveg Spinach and Chicken & Mayo.
  3. Cut the bacon and onion into small pieces. Fry in a little olive oil until crispy.
  4. In a medium size bowl, mix together the Spinach, Chicken and Mayo, Bacon, Onion and Cheddar Cheese.
  5. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish.
  6. Whisk the eggs, pour over mixture. Sprinkle with ground salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled feta on top of the egg mixture.
  8. Bake the quiche for 45 min.
  9. Serve cold or hot with a side salad.
