Chicken Hasselback with Nuveg Spinach

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Using a sharp knife, make a few slits in the chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way down through the bottom of the chicken breast.
  3. Defrost the Nuveg spinach portions in a bowl and place the spinach and cheese evenly in the slits of the chicken.
  4. Season the chicken with paprika and salt and pepper.
  5. Place the chicken in an oven proof dish and sprinkle a bit of olive oil on top.
  6. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
