Cottage pie topped with Nuveg Cauliflower



  1. Fry the onion until soft.
  2. Mix the water and stock cube.
  3. Add the mince, garlic, stock cube mix to the onions.
  4. Boil mixed frozen vegetables for approximately 3 minutes and drain.
  5. Once minced has browned, add the tomato paste, salt and pepper and mixed vegetables.
  6. Mix well together
  7. Spread the mince mixture into a ovenproof dish or individual ramekins.
  8. Top with defrosted cauliflower mash.
  9. Grill for 5-10 minutes until golden.
