This dish of hake topped with Nuveg cauliflower with cheese sauce is full of flavour and creativity. Recipe serves one, but double recipe to serve more
INGREDIENTS
- 170g Hake fillets
- 50g Cream Cheese
- 50ml Milk
- 2 x 80g Nuveg Cauliflower
- 30g Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Defrost Hake Fillet.
- Pack in oven proof dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk milk and cream cheese well together.
- Pour over Hake.
- Snip cauliflower bags and heat on high in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Spread on top of Fish
- Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with roasted veggies or a green salad.

- Salt to own taste
- Coarse Black Pepper to own taste
- 30g Cheddar Cheese
- Defrost Hake Fillets.
- Pack in oven proof dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wisk milk and cream cheese well together.
- Pour over Hake.
- From frozen, snip packets and microwave on high for 2min.
- Pack Cauliflower on top of fish.
- Season again, if you want.
- Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over.
- Bake at 180 ℃ for 20min
- Serve with Chips or Baked Potato and Salad.
