Baked Hake with Cauliflower And Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Defrost Hake Fillets.
  2. Pack in oven proof dish.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wisk milk and cream cheese well together.
  5. Pour over Hake.
  6. From frozen, snip packets and microwave on high for 2min.
  7. Pack Cauliflower on top of fish.
  8. Season again, if you want.
  9. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over.
  10. Bake at 180 ℃ for 20min
  11. Serve with Chips or Baked Potato and Salad.
