Best cooked from frozen, Serve hot.
Make small scissor cut (5mm) at the top of inner packet to release steam. Cook according to times above. Rest for 1 min after cooking. Shake packet to accumulate cooked product at the bottom of packet. Cut packet with scissor as close as possible above product. Dispense product onto plate.
Alternative cooking method
Remove portion from inner package. Place portion/s in cup/s or remekin/s. Place cup or ramekin in microwave. Follow cooking chart above. stir halfway through cooking process and allow to stand for 1 minute after total cooking time, before serving.

Place portion, while still in bag, in a pot of hot water until thoroughly heated.
Keep pot of water warm by placing on a heated stove plate. Do not boil water.
