You will love this delicious combination of chicken and Nuveg Potato bake. It’s a quick and easy recipe for one and full of flavour. Double the recipe to serve more.
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken fillet
- 50g Cream Cheese
- 50ml Milk
- 2 x 100g Nuveg Potato Bake
- Salt to own taste
- Coarse Black Pepper to own taste
- 30g Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Defrost Chicken fillet.
- Pack in oven proof dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk milk and cream cheese well together.
- Pour over Chicken fillet.
- Snip Potato Bake bags and heat on high in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Spread on top of Chicken fillet
- Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with roasted veggies or a green salad.
