Spice up dinner with these incredible easy and delicious Hasselback Chicken stuffed with Nuveg Spinach portions and cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breast
- 3 Single portions of Nuveg Spinach (depending size of breast)
- Thin slices of any cheddar cheese
- 1 Teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Using a sharp knife, make a few slits in the chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way down through the bottom of the chicken breast.
- Defrost the Nuveg spinach portions in a bowl and place the spinach and cheese evenly in the slits of the chicken.
- Season the chicken with paprika and salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in an oven proof dish and sprinkle a bit of olive oil on top.
- Bake the chicken for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Dig in and enjoy!
